- Recheck the current node list and service status, but do not treat a node label or bandwidth statement as proof of performance from your network.
- Read the automatic-renewal and cancellation terms before selecting a monthly or longer billing period.
- Assume no general cash refund unless the current checkout terms explicitly say otherwise; understand the limited account-balance conditions in the published policy.
- If access from mainland China or a particular streaming service is essential, keep a fallback because VilaVPN's own terms do not guarantee either outcome.
